CHAPTER SEVEN

THE FLESH OF THE BIBLE

Promote truthfulness.

Joh:6:49: Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.

Joh:6:50: This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

Joh:6:51: I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

Joh:6:52: The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?

Joh:6:53: Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

Joh:6:54: Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

Joh:6:55: For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

Joh:6:56: He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

Joh:6:57: As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.

Joh:6:58: This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

Jesus said “I am the living bread” and in the same sentence “the bread that I will give is my flesh” we know that Jesus was talking about his doctrine because of the following verse.

Joh:1:14: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

The ‘word’ is a reference to the Bible or more precisely the doctrine of the Lord which was written on velum (goat skin or flesh) and made into a volume which we call our New Testament. John also hints at this at the very beginning of his Gospel.

Joh:1:1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Joh:1:2: The same was in the beginning with God.

The statement ‘the Word was God’ indicates that this term represents the doctrine of the Lord. Just as Jesus’ ‘flesh’ represents His own doctrine which was written down by the disciples and presented to us as the New Testament. We know that His ‘bread’ is His ‘flesh’ because He tells us so. We know also that our ‘daily bread’ is the doctrine we read and digest as His teachings.

M't:26:26: And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.

M't:26:27: And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;

M't:26:28: For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Confirmation of this is also found in this following verse where Jesus names bread as doctrine.

M't:16:6: Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

M't:16:7: And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have taken no bread.

M't:16:8: Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?

M't:16:9: Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?

M't:16:10: Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?

M't:16:11: How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees?

M't:16:12: Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

So we see that to Jesus ‘bread’ represented His body and ‘wine’ His blood of the New Testament. His bread or flesh is His doctrine of the New Testament. If ‘flesh’ is His doctrine what do you think is meant when it says that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh? In other words He has come in His doctrine or scripture.

1Jo:4:2: Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

1Jo:4:3: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

2Jo:1:7: For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

This imagery is not new. We find the same imagery in the Old Testament with the creation of Eve from Genesis as mentioned earlier.

Ge:2:21: And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Ge:2:22: And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

Ge:2:23: And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Ge:2:24: Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

If we recall that Adam was not a single person but was in fact a whole society holding the doctrine of the Lord which gave him the breath of life, hence man (Adam-The Hebrews) became a living soul; we realise that Eve is not a single woman either but is in fact the very doctrine of Adam (Hebrews) which was taken out of Adams rib (the bone that protects the heart). Eve is Adam’s ‘flesh’ or doctrine which was written down and became their Bible. She was taken out of man (person kind) and was called woman (out of man). Every society on earth, who worship have developed their own religion by themselves. Every religion or doctrine arises out of its own respective population, from those who adhere to it. This is a truth that the Old Testament confesses. That Eve was called woman which means ‘taken out of man’. The doctrine and the society which created it are known as ‘one flesh’. Eve was the wife of Adam. If Adam is a society of Hebrews who have the doctrine of the Lord, then his wife is his religion just as Christianity is considered to be the wife of Jesus Christ.

Re:21:9: And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

Eve was Adams wife. Adam was the society of Hebrews who held the doctrine or flesh of the Lord. This is remarkably similar to Christianity the bride of Jesus Christ whom is the flesh or doctrine to all Christianity.

The fall of Adam and Eve is of similar importance but also largely misunderstood.

Ge:3:1: Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made.  And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Ge:3:2: And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

Ge:3:3: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Ge:3:4: And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Ge:3:5: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Ge:3:6: And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Ge:3:7: And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

In this story God tells the lie and the serpent tells the truth. It begins with God saying they must not eat nor even touch the fruit lest they die. The Serpent on the other hand says that if they eat the fruit they will become as gods knowing good and evil. But just as the serpent suggested they ate of the fruit and became as gods.

Ge:3:22: And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Of course the most important clue comes from the fact that they knew their nakedness. To become as god one must know nakedness. This of course refers to spiritual nakedness not physical nakedness. Spiritual nakedness as mentioned earlier is to have no ruler over them according to Habakkuk.

And (God) makest men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them? Hab:1:14:

Spiritual nakedness is to be an orphan of god; to have no ruler over oneself. In other words to have no god at all; if one is as god how can one have a god over one self? This of course represents atheism. We need not be too surprised by this after all many biblical characters are found to be naked from time to time. This atheism happened to Noah;

Ge:9:20: And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:

Ge:9:21: And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.

Ge:9:22: And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.

Ge:9:23: And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.

Ge:9:24: And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.

Ge:9:25: And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

The question here which is never satisfactorily answered is why is Canaan cursed for something Ham had done? Was Noah’s nakedness atheism?

Moses was another who mysteriously encounters nakedness.

Ex:32:22: And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they are set on mischief.

Ex:32:23: For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

Ex:32:24: And I said unto them, Whosoever hath any gold, let them break it off.  So they gave it me: then I cast it into the fire, and there came out this calf.

Ex:32:25: And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:)

Ex:32:26: Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD's side?  let him come unto me.  And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.

Ex:32:27: And he said unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbour.

Ex:32:28: And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses: and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.

Moses orders the slaying of some three thousand men because of the nakedness of the people who were committing idolatry (while Moses was away they had no god hence they were naked and made themselves gods of gold). This is immediately after Moses had pleaded with God not to harm the people but he does this himself anyway. It was through this action that the Levites became separated from Israel by means of the mystery of god which they now held onto. Hence they became the trustees of the tabernacle of testimony.

Nu:1:47: But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.

Nu:1:48: For the LORD had spoken unto Moses, saying,

Nu:1:49: Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel:

Nu:1:50: But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.

Nu:1:51: And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

Nu:1:52: And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.

Nu:1:53: But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.

The nakedness of Job comes to mind. After losing all he had including his sons and daughters he simply said;

Job:1:21: And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.

The secret to the 42 chapters of Job, is realising that Job had no ruler over him. He also was an orphan of god. Knowing that there are no such things as gods he was unable to blame god for all his tribulations hence he never stultified god in his atheism.

Then we come to Peter and his fishing trip whilst naked.

Joh:21:5: Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.

Joh:21:6: And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

Joh:21:7: Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

Joh:21:8: And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.

In this story we see the disciples fishing (for people) in other words evangelising the word of the Lord. When Peter was naked (revealing the truth that there is no such thing as god) he did not catch any fish (people) but after the Lord said to fish on the right side of the vessel (e.g. conceal this viewpoint) they caught many fish (people). The fact that Peter was naked reveals this aspect of the story to us. The right side always refers to the veil of god (miracles) whereas the left side to the bare truth (atheism). This has been the case even from Egyptian history of the Jews when Moses was a high priest to the Egyptians prior to finding his own people. The right eye of Ra represented the sun or miracles whereas the left eye represented truth or the moon. Jesus refers to the right hand frequently throughout the Gospels such as in the verses below.

M't:26:64: Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

M'r:14:62: And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Returning to nakedness, we see it mentioned frequently in the warnings of the coming of the end times. In Revelation 16:15 cited below the warning is that Jesus will come as a thief and rob us of our clothes thus leaving us naked. This of course means that we will be spiritually naked, atheists and will become an orphan of god.

Re:3:17: Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

Re:3:18: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Re:16:15: Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

This of course brings to mind the parable of the flowers, and the opposite to being naked is being clothed or put another way under the veil of heaven. This is the opposite of atheism this is being a believer especially in miracles.

Lu:12:23: The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.

Lu:12:24: Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

Lu:12:25: And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?

Lu:12:26: If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?

Lu:12:27: Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

Lu:12:28: If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
