This really is a crazy stupid, illogical teaching, a real ‘doctrine of demons’ if ever there was one. (Actually, any teaching not from God is a ‘doctrine of demons’) ‘Hell’ makes no sense and can’t be supported Biblically. There’s really no excuse for intelligent human beings believing such a silly myth. There are many articles available which easily prove this is a false teaching, if one is truly sincere in searching for Truth. Unfortunately, too many would rather defend this lie than do proper research. It’s been said that “there’s no bigot like a religious bigot.” and sadly, that’s true.
It’s very easy to quickly prove that Hell is fake news. The links below give further detail and background, but a few facts easily debunk this lie. The word Hell shouldn’t be in the Bible in the first place. It’s been used to replace five different words in the original scriptures in Hebrew and Greek, most meaning ‘grave’. Secondly, God is not a sadist. Only a sadist would torture a person forever and forever and ever, for trillions of years plus. God is merciful, not a sadistic tyrant. It’s blasphemous to say the opposite. Thirdly, everything GOD does has a reason. What logical purpose would torturing someone forever and ever achieve? No wonder many outsiders think Christians are crackpots.
Those who promote this demonic lie should examine their hearts to see what drives them to love this false teaching. They only hear what they want to hear. God says to love our enemies, not to cruelly torture them. God has a Lake of Fire, where the incorrigible will be thrown, to die instantly. “But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, the sorcerers, the idolaters and all liars, their destiny is the lake of fire. This is the second death.” Revelation 21:8- Death, not eternity in a fake Hell. How can self-professed Bible experts get around this verse and many similar ones? Are they simply deceived, or worse? Do they actually care what the Bible says, or do they prefer their traditions? They make GOD in their own image, as the pagans do.
Christ said - “The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will pluck out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. They will throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Matt. 13:41-42 NIV - NOT thrown into ‘hell’ but destroyed. “The LORD watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.” Psalm 145:20
“Then you will trample on the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I act, says the LORD Almighty.” Malachi 4:3 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ our Lord.” Rom 6:23 Death, not eternal life in a burning hell! (Actually, there is a ‘hell’, but it’s here on Earth, for many hundreds of millions of suffering people. Suffering caused usually by greedy puppets of Satan) “There is a sin that leads to death.” 1 John 5:16. Death! Not alive in some mythical hell. How can anyone teach something different? Combined with the pagan beliefs in a hell, Dante’s ‘Divine Comedy’ about ‘Paradise, Purgatory and Hell” influenced many Christians. “For the time will come when people will not put up with sound teaching. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.” 2 Tim 3:3-4 There’s a great number of ‘teachers’ preaching this ‘Hell’ myth, and many lap it up. Is there someone who, deep down, they want to see suffer? What’s the attraction to this lie?
The following is from the King James Version of the Bible. Take note of how nonsensical it reads: - “And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Rev 20:13-15. How can hell give up it’s dead? And how is hell cast into the Lake of Fire? These verses only make sense if we replace the word hell with the original Greek word ‘hades’, which means ‘grave’. The grave gives up it’s dead, and the grave will be abolished in the Lake of Fire, symbolically. It’s not rocket science, the Bible is clear on this. ‘Hell’ is such a stupid teaching and they love it!
This false teaching is designed to turn people away from God, as are all other false teachings. God gave us a brain that can reason and think logically. The teaching about hell is not logical, it’s farcical. “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the teachings of men.” Mark 7:7 The instructions about “test the spirits” and “prove all things” seem to fall on deaf ears. Is this another reason why God says to “come out of her my people”? Is ‘her’ a false religious/economic system?
