Conclusion
Isaiah 9:6 conclusively proves that Jesus Christ is the Mighty God and Everlasting Father. Every Christian denomination agrees that the Child and Son referred to at the beginning of verse 6 is Jesus Christ. Who else could it be referring to? Since it is referring to Jesus Christ, then Jesus must be the one called Wonderful, Counsellor, the Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and The Prince of Peace. There can be no doubt that Jesus Christ is "the Mighty God, Everlasting Father".
