Bible Characters
The Fourth Quarter (October, November, December) topics are all interrelated in that they discuss varied Bible characters.
The Bible is not just a history book but also must be used as a basis for how we should live our lives today.
We must understand that there are numerous characters in the Bible that exemplify our lives today. These individuals faced many of the same challenges that we face and had to make the same decisions as we do today.
These quarter’s lessons will examine several characters who made either good or bad decisions that resulted in certain consequences. By looking at these examples, we will be able to identify those factors that enabled the individuals to make those decisions and to allow us the opportunity to learn from these examples.
It is important to note that many of these individuals made decisions that were not consistent with Biblical teachings but we can learn from their mistakes and thus have a better relationship with God.
