Resources: Oil, Sand, Water were all available to the population, the Pipeline from Chad to the north coast was to supply fresh water and power to the populated areas; all vehicle fuel was 14 cents a liter; anyone needing an imported vehicle was allowed to buy one at 25% reduction paid by his administration, all new married couples received a new home as a human right, as well as 50% off a new vehicle of their choice. There was no poverty. But then he was trying to make a gold dinar, that was the last straw, the US, UK, EU brought him down for truly caring for his people. The ones in jail were confirmed US-Israel trained and armed terrorists [ISIS, ISIL, Al-Quida, etc. were all the ones in jail. His Green Book was banned globally after his UN speech. The UN did then, and still does need a makeover to be a Real open forum of peace among nations. And not US, UK, EU, Israeli, Vatican, etc. Calling the shots and over-ruling all types of mandates. He was also an excellent engineer and strategist. His wife lived in Spain, he had accounts there, US, UK, Spain, and South Africa, as well as Malta.
