Ready to be energized and strengthened? Validate & Encourage Yourself with the word of God! Throughout the scriptures there are sound messages of encouragement to help you cope with the day to day challenges and tasks you may encounter. I know, when you're going through difficult times, often words of encouragement is probably the last thing you want to hear. It's hard to listen to someone say, "It's going to be alright", when you don't have a clue how "alright" will find its way to your particular circumstance. The way things look will tend to discourage you, but things are not always clearly seen with the eye. That's exactly why it is so important that we encourage and validate ourselves with the word of God, and walk by faith and not by sight.
When you encourage and validate yourself with the word of God you can experience a feeling of peace, joy, confidence and acceptance. There is victory through the word of God and victory alone is our greatest source of encouragement, but you must take the time to learn the scriptures and meditate on them both day and night, in order for you to remember them and use them in times when you need encouragement. Then, you will be able to speak the word over yourself, and live the word, but you can't speak victory over yourself if you don't know the words. But none of that will matter if you don't believe the word. Because if you don't believe the word, you can't be encouraged by the word of God.
Therefore, as the Spirit inspires you, keep encouraging yourself by meditating on and declaring the word of God always! As you meditate on the scriptures, believe the word, because it will encourage you as it builds you in your most high faith. (Faith comes by hearing the word of God spoken from your mouth, and as your faith becomes enhanced, encouragement will become one of the direct gifts of your faith).
In fact, the following are 'declarations of faith' from the word of God that, when recited, will help encourage and strengthen you, and moreover, help you overcome worry, stress and FEAR. So if the 'cares' of this world (Mark 4:19) are stressing you out, causing anxiety or fear, take these 'faith delarations' and meditate on them day and night (Joshua 1:8) until they become 'mustard seed faith' in your heart. Then confess (speak) them to your circumstances and in your everyday life.
Now, give your spirit a boost; speak God’s powerful declarations of faith over yourself, and whomever else God puts in your heart... Declare your FAITH in the WORD of God! Make it a habit to speak the word and live the word; walking by faith and not by sight, and just as many others have, you too, can discover the 'victory' that is in the Word of God.

Declarations of Faith
I DECLARE THAT…
1. I AM A GODLY MAN / WOMAN… (1Tim. 4:7-8, 2Tim. 3:12, Tit. 2:12). I am in the word and the Word is in me. I love and fear God. I am a beleiver that’s spending time with Christ and meditating on Gods word daily.
2. I WALK BY FAITH, AND NOT BY SIGHT. (2 Cor. 5:7 KJV) I am walking the walk by faith, trusting in God for all my needs (Phil. 4:19).
3. I AM A SPIRIT, I LIVE IN A BODY, AND I HAVE A SOUL. (1 Cor. 2:11 KJV). When I became born again of God's Spirit, I became a three-fold being; body, soul, and spirit.. Just as God is a three-part being; Father, Son and Holy Ghost; so it is with me - spirit, soul and body.
4. I AM THE BODY OF CHRIST… THE WORLD AND THE DEVIL HAVE NO AUTHORITY, NO POWER OVER ME. (1 Cor. 12:12-31, 27-31, Col. 1:18, John 19:11, Phil. 2:5). Because I am the 'body' of Christ and my 'faith' is in Jesus Christ, satan has absolutely no power over me.(1 John 4:4, Luke 10:19).
5. I WALK WITH THE FAVOR OF GOD, BECAUSE I AM OBEDIENT TO HIS WORD. (Genesis 39:3–4, Job 10:12, Psalm 5:12). As a child of God I can live and walk under God's continual blessing and favor because I am obedient to His Word.
6. I AM THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD. (Romans 3:22, Psalm 9:8, 33:5, 35:28) God is a righteous God and His righteousness is made available to me through Jesus Christ. “In Scripture, God's righteousness is almost always coupled with justice.”
7. I HAVE POWER, LOVE, AND A SOUND MIND. (2 Timothy 1:7, Phil. 4:8). I meditate on the Word, and sing a song of praise to God. I make a conscious effort everyday to fill my mind with good, pure, wholesome, and loving thoughts.
8. I FEAR NO EVIL BECAUSE THE LORD, MY GOD IS WITH ME. (Ps. 23:4, Ps. 91, Ps. 118:6, Isa. 54:17). As a child of God I will trust in you because you will never leave my side. I will not be filled with anxiety or consumed with fear because Your spirit surrounds me, and Your angelic beings protect me.

9. I AM SAVED BY GRACE, KEPT BY LOVE, AND COVERED WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS. (Eph. 2:8, 1 John 1:7, Romans 8:38-39). I have confessed Christ, I am saved, kept by the Love of God, cleansed and covered with the blood of Jesus.
10. I AM BLESSED! MY MIND IS RENEWED, AND MY SOUL IS RESTORED. (Gen. 28:4, Rom. 12: 1, 2, Ps. 23:3). I am empowered to succeed. My thinking and actions have been changed to line up with the Word of God.
11. WITH HIS STRIPES I AM HEALED. Isaiah 53:5). Jesus has borne my grief and carried my sorrows for me. “He Himself took my infirmities and bore my sicknesses.”
12. THE JOY OF THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH. (Nehemiah 8: 10). I find great joy in hearing the Word of God, but greater joy in obeying it.
13. I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME. (Philippians 4:13). This encourages me that as long as Christ gives me strength, and is my strength, nothing is impossible to me.
14. I HAVE THE AUTHORITY OF THE WORD OF GOD, AND THE POWER OF THE NAME OF JESUS. (John 17:17. 2 Peter 1:20-21, Acts 4:12, Phil. 2:9, Col. 3:17). I believe God has communicated to us through the bible, and wants us to believe and obey what is written. I have authority over all the works of the devil through the name of Jesus.
15. I HAVE THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM. (Gen. 12:2-3, 12:7, 13:14-16, 15:5, 22:14-19, Gal. 3:29). I am Christ's, therefore I am Abraham's seed and no other's (Galatians 3:29). Because I am Abraham's seed, I am an heir according to the promise.
16. NOW THAT I AM A CHILD OF GOD I CAN APPROACH HIS THRONE OF GRACE WITH BOLDNESS. (Heb 4:16). Therefore I come boldy before the throne of God with praise, thanksgiving and supplication; making intercession for all the saints. I now have confidence that God will hear and answer my prayer.
17. THE LORD IS MY SHEPARD, I SHALL NOT WANT. (Ps 23:1-6). I lack nothing, because my every need is supplied by God, according to His riches in glory, by Christ Jesus (Php 4:19).
18. GOD IS THE SOURCE OF ALL MY ABUNDANCE. (Jas 1:17) All good and perfect gifts are coming to me from the Father by Christ Jesus Who is the 'way' to God. My faith is the key that unlocks the door, and my effectual prayer opens the door to the power of God!

19. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER, AND EVERY TONGUE THAT RISE AGAINST ME IN JUDGEMENT… I CONDEMN! (Is 54:17). Though I may walk through the valley of the shadows of death, I will not fear because the Lord is with me.(Ps 23:4).
20. I AM THE HEAD, AND NOT THE TAIL... (Matt 19:30). This signifies that I am significant in the eyes of God.
21. I AM ABOVE, AND NOT BENEATH... (Eph 2:6). This implies that no matter what happens, I am above all those situations and can rise even higher!(Dan 2:20-23; Ps 34:1-4). I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth!
22. GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME... (1Jo 4:4). Christ on the inside of me enables me to have victory over the wicked one of this world.
23. I AM AN OVERCOMER THROUGH CHRIST JESUS... (Joh 16:33; Ro 12:21). Because of Christ, I have overcame, and can overcome every circumstance that's presented to me.
24. I AM MORE THAN A CONQUEROR... (Ro 8:37) To conquer is good but I am greater than good; no situation will defeat me because I am more that a conqueror through Jesus Christ.
25. ANGELS HAVE CHARGE OVER ME. (Lu 4:10; Ps 91:11). I am never alone or unprotected for God gives His angels charge over me, and they are gathering what God has already ordained for me!
26. I PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD. (Eph 6:10-17). I am strong in the Lord and the power of His might; because I have on the full armour of God I can stand against the wiles of thr devil.
27. CHRIST IS THE FOUNDATION. (1Cor 3:11). I have layed my foundation upon the solid rock; Jesus Christ.
28. AND UPON THIS ROCK I BUILD MY CHURCH. (Matt 16:18). Because I am the body of Christ, the gates of hell shall not prevail against me.
29. LOVE IS THE FULLFILMENT OF THE LAW… (Ro 13:10) I will love the Lord my God will all my heart and strength, and my neighbor as myself, obeying the commandments of Jesus.
30. BLESSED IS THE NAME OF THE LORD. You get the VICTORY… And, God gets the GLORY!
