Book Description
The Trail of Tears Relocation was one of the most tragic events in early American history. Many First Nations people died along the Trail. Many of the Cherokees who were forced from their homes were Christians. As their faith was tested along the Trail of Tears their faith in God was sorely tested. Yet, the "spirit" of the Cherokee people would stand the test of time. The "eternal flame" in the hearts of the Cherokee Nation could not and would not be extinguished along the Trail. This Book is dedicated to all the First Nations people who suffered and died along the Trail of Tears and those who remained strong in faith throughout their terrible trials.
