Non-Christian -vs- Christian
Here are some Bible verses that speaks about a lost person-- one who believeth not-- a non-Christian. And one that believeth and is saved---which is a Christian.

1 John 5:10 ...he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
Romans 8:9 ...Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
John 8:24 Jesus said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he (the Son of God), ye shall die in your sins.
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin [is] death;
Colossians 3:6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
John 3:36 ...and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
John 3:18 ...but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
