Chapter XXIX.
When lunchtime rolls around, and they have showered and dressed, they kiss at the door, and Kitty drives them to West Beach Grille for lunch.
Kitty and Christophe ride their beach cruisers, on the beach, when they return home. Kitty receives a call from Patrick in Raleigh, North Carolina that very same day. They do not hear from Ava, so Kitty decides to call her that evening. Christophe takes Caesar for a walk on the beach when Kitty is on her cell phone.
They receive news of a romantic nature from Paul on June 17, 2036, of a romantic nature. On the same day that marks Paul’s birthday, he got on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend of nearly six months.
Paul proposes to Bridget with a Ritani Solitaire Diamond Tulip Cathedral Engagement Ring w/ a Princess Cut.
Paul called Kitty tell her that his newly engaged fiancée had just accepted his proposal at dinner that evening. They are planning a Saturday, October 11, 2036 wedding.
His fiancee’s name is Bridget. She and Paul met at their church; Connection Point Christian Church, in Brownsburg, Indiana. Bridget is a nurse at IU/Methodist hospital, and Paul works for Allison Transmission.
