Step 7. Congratulations! You’ve literally drawn a picture—a map—of what your main dreams look like, in detail!  This map can also be considered an illustrated hierarchy of your priorities. Use this map to guide you when you make your plans or schedule of activities from now on, as it will remind you how much time or energy you should devote to certain aspects of your life.

Review the mind map you’ve created. Did you take note of where dating figures into the scheme of things? Take a good look at its position in the hierarchy you’ve created, because this is how your inner self wants you to prioritize it.

You’ll know where dating falls on your list of priorities by its proximity to the center of your mind map.  If having your own family is one of your cherished dreams, words like “dating” or “meeting new people” will feature prominently on a first or second level branch of the map.   You might even have detailed what your ideal date or mate would be like, or who your actual prospects are, down on the succeeding branches.
