breasts, prostate, eyes, ears, respiratory system, digestive tract, brain, mental health, etc.
Go see a doctor if you fall ill with something that worries you, or if you’ve been sick for a long time. I cannot stress this enough. Your physical body and Mother Nature operate by their own rules, and won’t change them to suit you. If you are “too busy”, or don’t believe in seeing a doctor, your illness will continue to do as it pleases, wreaking havoc on you, unless you seek medical help from the best doctors you can find.
8. Cherish your family and close friends.
Your most valuable, irreplaceable assets are your family and close friends. Who are they? They’re the people who love and support you, accept you for who you are, push you to do your best, and are there for you in success or failure. It doesn’t matter if they’re genetically related to you or not; you would do the same for them.
A lot of today’s societies tend to downplay the importance of family and friends. These people are the true and original support group, essential to your well-being. These are your roots. Cherish them well; make them part of your daily life and routine, and find ways within your busy schedule to let them know how much you cherish them. Depression, neurosis and serious mental illnesses develop in people who don’t cherish others, and aren’t cherished in return. Don’t let yourself or your cherished ones become one of them.
