By now, you’ve realized that the best way to find dates is to follow the path your hobbies, interests or efforts at staying in shape will take you.  Being in great physical and mental

shape will literally open doors you never thought existed— doors that give you direct opportunities to meet someone attractive whom you will like or fall in love with.  You could meet someone while in a sports team, a gym, a martial arts club, walking, jogging, a charity run, etc. You could meet someone while hiking up a mountain, or reading in a book shop.  And you’d be meeting them in a real-life situation, minus the fakery

or put-ons you find in dating systems.  In short, you could fall in love the old-fashioned way.

So stay healthy, and make sure your health stays at top priority.   You need to take care of you, and depend on no one else to do it.

physically fit he was, how he never seemed to break into a sweat as he moved through the warm-up with ease. But what she noticed the most was Stan’s friendly, encouraging ways with everyone in the class. He was a natural teacher, who could firmly yet safely inspire everyone to push themselves to their limit.

Stan took notice of Tori, and inspired her to push herself to a higher level of physical fitness. As the weeks went along, Tori and Stan struck up a friendship. To help her lose weight, he persuaded her to start jogging with him around the neighborhood park every evening.

To keep her motivated, Stan would keep a comedic conversation with her as they jogged. Tori literally laughed her way through their fitness routine.   It wasn’t all just fun and jokes; they both confided in one another details about their lives. Stan told her about his ambition to set up his own martial arts studio one day, and about his mother and the rambunctious set of siblings he missed so much because they lived in another state. On her part, Tori found herself telling him everything about her previous relationship, and her work as a secretary in an office.

Tori found herself thinking more and more about Stan each day. She felt herself wanting to spend more time with him, which excited and confused her because she wasn’t sure she was over her ex. And she thought: Stan wouldn’t be attracted to me that
