on, it only took a couple of minutes or so, and then we were at the moon, landing gently on the surface. It was sandy and the gravity was lower than on earth so I felt light as a feather.

“We made it!” I said with a cheer. “Yes we did!”

Peter walked, each step a light bounce, over to a larger rock that he climbed onto and announced,

“I declare this moon in the name of Alexandra and Peter of planet earth,” he said as he put his hands on his hips like a superhero. Then we both burst out laughing. “Hey, you get a great view from here,” he said and

waved me over.

I walked over and climbed up, which was easy, I practically floated up. We could still see the lake that we had been swimming in and all the green glory of earth. The stars were many and they shone bright, we could see other galaxies far away as well.

“This is so beautiful,” I said. “Yes it is.”

I turned to see that he was looking at me, he looked serious. We were sitting close and I could feel myself getting drawn into the way he smelled, the way he looked at me, the way he moved, all of him. We started getting closer, leaning in for a kiss. Then I felt myself getting dizzy and everything started to dissolve, swirling away and disappearing into blackness.

I opened my eyes and I was back in my bed.
