Separated for three months, the couple reignites their passionate romance on a long weekend at a hotel outside the campus of Bethany's school Carnegie-Mellon. Their fervor and Biblical dialogues are heighten for Dylan is about to leave again, this time for two years to serve as a military chaplain. Though they know God’s hedge of protection is over him, the two must work out any fears they have about Dylan going to terrorist, anti-Christian hot spots, while savoring every moment with each other.

Stephen K Bess is an actor, playwright, and now first time novelist. He hold a Master's of Divinity from Oral Roberts University, and a BA in Communications and Cinema Studies from Hunter College. In his short lifetime Stephen has gone from working as an actor in New York and Los Angeles, writing and producing plays for the New York Stage and traveling the world as a Christian missionary. He currently resides in Brooklyn, New York where he is working on the second of three novels in the A Love Song for Bethany series.You may also enjoy his short films.
