5.2. Arrangement

The time measuring device shown here comprises the support frame 1 where a DC electrical motor is mounted connected to the coupling 5 and the regulator 4 via the shaft 2 seated in 1 by means of the gear 3 installed in it [3]. The gear 3 is engaged with the larger gear 8 of a pair of gears on the shaft 9 and the smaller gear 10 is engaged with the gear 12 on the shaft 11 that has a gear 18 on its other end and a ratchet clutch 13 is mounted with an eccentric 17. ratchet gear 12 and 21 comes out of the engagement segment of 23. This way, the axle of the indicating hand 24 begins to move in counter-clockwise direction (CCW) and reading is accomplished using the bottom scale on the dial. The coupling 5 and regulator 4 could be identical as in Figure 2.
