Start observing the chatter in your head, pay particular attention to any repetitive thought patterns. When you listen to that chatter, be there as an observer, without judgment on what you hear. (Ridding yourself from your mind chatter is ultimate freedom. Your mind can jump from the past to the future and back again, not allowing for the present moment.
