There are certain situations when we can’t continue our service at that position in the same way and at same level with same influence. In these situations I agree commas but not full stops. You can change the way, the level, the location, the persons and the same service. You can do it in another way, another level, another location, another person (with or to) and another or similar service. Yes, we can do similar service where we can’t continue the same. Nothing harm in doing this dear. Because something would be better than nothing.
If there is a condition that you have to stop the service, you can assign to or encourage or even request another person to continue it, because
“ the work is more important than the doer”.
