Sicily graduated from her University and found work in the city. Through her service, she became acquainted with a guy, for whom she fell in love. The guy would be leaving for Canada soon. So they decided to get married and the guy would then be applying for Canada for her would-be spouse.
Having that settled, preparations for the marriage ceremony were done with great pomp and show. There were glowing lights all around. The food served in the buffet was the best. Cultural shows were organized. Everything was smashing great.
So Sicily got happily married to her hubby. They went partying for days together until it was time for her hubby to leave for Canada. Sicily would be joining him in a year’s time when all the formalities would have been carried out.
That special day did arrive. Her parents were happy for her but they knew they were going to miss their second daughter as much as they did for their first-born.
