“Context Menus” for symbols and other objects

You can edit many of the objects in the score by holding down [Ctrl] and clicking with the arrow tool. This opens a “context menu”, a palette or similar, allowing you to quickly change the properties of the object.

• The adjustment you make affects all selected objects of the same type (taking the To pop-up menu into account).
This allows for quick editing of multiple objects.

The following object types support this feature:

Object: Note
Note symbols

Dynamic symbols Crescendo symbols Chord symbols

Guitar chord symbol Text (all types)
Result of [Ctrl]-clicking:
Allows you to adjust the length of the note, in multiples of the current Snap value.
