Making Settings

Making Settings for Multiple Staves – one at a time

1. Open the Staff Settings dialog.

2. Use the Prev and Next buttons or the [Page Up] and [Page Down] keys to step to the right staff.
The title shows which Track is selected. The dialog shows the settings for the current staff.

3. Make whatever settings you need to do.
You might for example click the “Staff Options...” button to display the additional options available.

4. Step to the next staff and make settings for this.

Repeat this until all staves have the right settings.

5. Press [Return] or Click OK.

Making Settings for Multiple Staves – all at once

1. Open the Staff Settings dialog.
2. Make whatever settings you need to do.

3. Hold down [Alt], and hit [Return] or Click OK.
The settings you made will now apply to all staves currently visible in the Score Editor. By opening different combinations of Tracks, this can be used as a powerful way of making groups of Tracks get identical settings.
