The basic idea behind carb cycling is to have very few carbohydrates for two days in a row, then consume a lot of carbohydrates on the third day. This means that the high-carb day will rev up your energy and speed up your metabolism, resulting in even more fat loss, just as your body's stored carb stores are about to be spent.

    I am pleased with the book 'Adaptive Control'. I am using it for teaching the course at undergraduate level. It is a good book and I recommend it to both lecturers and students.
