WEAKNESSES OF THE BODY AND MIND

I have seen people suffering from different ailments, yet unable to shed their unhealthy habits.  It is unfortunate that people themselves kill themselves. Illnesses and sexual problems that may have gone with time, gets complicated and lingers due to the person’s inability to put in an effort in changing himself and his ways.

Sexual problems mostly disperse with time and with some care and precautions.  However, men do not leave their body to function normally.  When it is time, they worry about erection and they worry whether they may be able to impress or satisfy their partners.  They worry about all things related to sex.  Instead of performing normally in bed, they mess up the situation by not having an erection or premature ejaculation or having complete cold feet.  Men with weak mind keep worrying.  Their other worries are:

If masturbation will make him impotent or infertile.

If size matters, what if his size is not up to her expectation.

If he cannot perform in bed as well like his partner’s past lover.

The above are all unnecessary worries which keep troubling men with weak mind and body.

Unless and until the man gets over his weak mind and body, he may never be able to recover from his sexual or other related problems.  Weak mind is also the cause of less testosterone level in the body.  Weak mind does not allow one to change his ways, like habits, lifestyle and his way of thinking.  The person must therefore, choose between good health, good sexual life and sinful ways with unhealthy lifestyle of living easy and lazy. This change will increase his self-esteem and confidence level in himself.  His sex will automatically get better with confidence in himself.  To change one’s lifestyle and living healthy, one need to incorporate the following into his daily routine: Exercise every day for about half an hour, eat healthy, preferably vegetarian diet rich in protein, smoking and alcohol in extremely lower side occasionally, avoid stress, settle emotional issues,  sleep well, and keep a good posture. If you genuinely follow this simple advise you will see your testosterone level going up with your confidence in yourself, all in about 90 days’ time.

It is a myth that with age one cannot perform in bed.  It is not the ageing but the ill effect of past living when young. Conversely, with age the person gains considerable experience in having sex and learn ways to delay ejaculation. 

Always remember mind and the body has a strong bonding. With your mind stressed and depressed, you may have temporary setback with your sex.

The funny thing about the mind is, the more you think of your erection and other related sex problems the worst it gets. With a weak mind, this symptom lingers and makes the situation worst.  When you ignore the issue, see it as temporary and know that, all is well otherwise, you will see a marked improvement and maybe you will return to becoming normal the next day.

Finally, if all else fails and  if you still feel you have a weak mind and body, go and get yourself enrolled in a boxing, judo or karate school and enroll into fight contests, see for yourself, how things will change, when you start to get angry and furious with each jab on your face. This is the last resort for you to increase testosterone level in your body.
