SEXUAL PROBLEM IN WOMEN AT 60.

Women can enjoy sex till a very old age, provided they feel good about it. Those who feel uncomfortable and never enjoyed sex ever, will find even more reason to wrap up this activity from their lives, once and for all. Even at an old age sex remains a very important factor in our lives. For women, even though they may not have completely lost their sex drive, yet they prefer to think that a very precious part of their life is over with menopause and ageing.  This is a wrong notion. The ageing and the onset of menopause could have been delayed for a much longer period had she introduced a healthy lifestyle as a daily regime and curtailed certain unhealthy eating and living habits.

With age, women suffer from certain definite sexual problems, which cannot be got rid of very easily and naturally. In spite of all healthy lifestyle, problems such as, low hormone level, painful sexual experience and a dry vagina, are all there to stay forever with an ageing woman.  However, there are remedies available which could reduce these problems temporarily.

At 60 and above women have more serious emotional and stressful mental conditions than physical ones.  These mental depressions and years of stressful life makes them very unfortunate and therefore, they turn away from sex, romance and other blissful things in life, except binging(eating), which ultimately makes them obese, bringing in more malady and misery in their later lives.

Women, after menopause, must undergo a physical as well as mental therapy to improve their perception of a normal ageing condition which is inherent to all living beings.  With the right medication and the right counseling, older women could get along well with their ageing process. The will to be able to enjoy life normally should be present in her, in order to succeed in her endeavor to reverse her ageing process or at least maintain whatever youth is left in her.
