To give you an example, if I showed you a glass of water and told you it
was an elephant, you would not believe me. It would not matter if I spent
the rest of my life tel ing you it was an elephant, you would never believe
me. This non-‐truthful information has no impact on you. Why? Because

you would know this is simply not true; of course it is not an elephant.
You know the truth, therefore non-‐truth cannot impact you, or even be
considered.
This is the same for a non-‐truthful negative energy or experience. Once
you see the higher, more spiritual Truth of your experience, negative
burdening energy has no foundation to continue to exist. It simply
dissolves. WOW!
It is easy to recognise non-‐truth simply by its nature. Your emotions give
you a very clear picture of what you are creating/perceiving. If you feel
uplifted you are seeing Truth. If you are feeling negative you believe in
non-‐truth.
In daily activity, when you recognise that you are aligning to non-‐truth, re-‐
focus on anything that is aligned to Truth. This defuses the generation of
non-‐truthful energy — in a sense you starve your non-‐truthful monster.
Don’t beat yourself up when you recognise that you are aligned to non-‐
truth. By doing so, you support the lack of love you hold towards yourself
or perceive within yourself. This self-‐judgement is just more negative
energy abuse and is not a loving thing to do to yourself. It only serves to
align you more to non-‐truth, taking you further from what you seek —
happiness.
