On the following page select Office 365 that will take you to a separate page. Select your domain and continue. Enter your details for the email and ‘Create my own password’.
Accessing email on desktop
Navigate to My Account (top right) 
Click on My Products Office 365 login
Accessing email on iPhone
Navigate to Settings Mail, Contacts and Calendars Add Account Exchange
Then enter in your login details. This process is similar for android and other smart phones, simply select Exchange when prompted for email type.
