Step Two: Understand the Role

For every role in your organization, look at the top performers and figure out the common core attributes— what is actually driving their success.

Step Three: Compare Individuals to Roles

Compare every individual to the roles in your organization to figure out who belongs where, who is likely to succeed, and who to invest in.
