When it comes to the actual delivery message itself you want to use this not just
to deliver the goods, but make sure that the buyer knows how to use what you’ve
sent them.
Okay for most services a message such as “Here’s your video”, or “Here’s your
article”, may suffice, but if you are delivering any form of software then make
sure you include exact instructions as to how to download/upload and run it.
Sending just the files with “Thanks for the order” isn’t likely to win you repeat
business.
A good sample delivery message is: -‐
“Hi,
Many thanks for your order.
Your **** order for XYZ as per the gig description is as attached.
Please, if you like my gig leave a positive review on it, and if you didn’t like it, please
let me know how I can improve it and please your expectations.
Thanks again for your order. Please feel free to check out my other gigs at
http://www.fiver.com/yourfiverrusername
Regards
XYZ”
NOTE: I’ve not done a hard sell, but made sure I’ve thanked them for the order,
told them it’s attached to the message, given them opportunity to get back to me
in the event of a problem PRIOR to leaving feedback (This doesn’t always work
but helps in most cases), and only then left them with a link to my other gigs. So
hopefully as it’s the last thing on the mail, they click it.
Jumping straight into a hard sell just won’t work on fiverr – softly, softly seems
to work best, but this way they get to see all of your gigs in their fiverr format.
This works better than simply listing all your gigs in the order email.
Please feel free to use this order email format for all your orders
