“Ahh” the queen gasped as the baby came out. The baby was cleaned and wrapped up in a blanket and given to his parents.
“It’s a boy” the midwife said happily.
“Yes l have a boy” king Philip yelled out loudly. The midwife gave the baby to Iodina and she said
“Look he has his grandfathers nose” she pointed out.
“Yes he does” the king commented feeling love for the first time as he looked into the baby’s eyes as it yawned. Hopefully this child does not turn out as ugly as her, next l want a beautiful baby girl he thought happily. Three days later the happy not so in love couple went to see Anastasious. The king held Anastasious’ baby and the queen held their baby.
“Anastasious we have no more need of your child, we just had a baby boy three days ago so here you go” said the king handing her child back to her.
“Oh thankyou thankyou” she said and cuddled the eleven month old baby.
The king and queen walked off and Anastasious had some time alone with her baby.
“Oh look at you look at how much you’ve grown, oh and you’ve grown heavier too Jone, yes my baby Jone mummy is here and mummy loves you” she said and kissed the baby.
