Femi, TEGA, KUNLE, and Chioma arrive in a stylish white Ford salon-car, with license plate belonging to the Nigeria Police, and blue body designs on the sides labelled: ‘RRS 01’. The car is parked just inches away from the field, and along the edge of the tarred road. All four car doors are open at almost the same time.

The three Officers are neatly dressed in CIVILIAN clothes, and ARMED with pistols. Chioma and the Officers head towards Uche’s apartment in a group.

As they approach very close to the door, Chioma reaches into her purse and pulls out a single key. When they arrive, she inserts the key through the narrow-slot of the door lock. She turns the key clockwise repeatedly, with an unlocking sound distinctly heard.

FEMI

(to Chioma; laughs)

I was about to pick the locks. I forgot you live here too.

Chioma glances at Femi impolitely, looks away to the door, with her hand on the door handle. She turns the handle and pushes the door open.

INT. THE LIVING ROOM, UCHE’S APARTMENT - CONTINUOUS

The door opens as they walk into the living room, in a train. Femi LEADS, with Chioma behind him. Tega lags behind Kunle with a few inches.
