Prepped Fruit Salad with Lemon and Honey

Look, I know many people would say that eating lots of fruit (and added honey!) is not “healthy” for weight loss due to the sugar content. However, these are natural sugars, and these fruits also provide lots of fiber and awesome vitamins.
What’s more, I find that if I have fresh fruit in the morning it seems to stop any sugar cravings from creeping in throughout the day.

Serves: 3 (should be eaten within 3 days for maximum freshness)
