Skewers of silver carp

Ingredients:

1.5 Kg silver carp

1 pc lemon

Spices for fish to taste

Salt to taste

 

Servings: 6-8

 

Directions:

 

Remove the fish and cut into portions.

Fish marinate with lemon, spices and salt and leave for 2 hours.

Prepare the coals.

Place the fish on the grate and fry on both sides for about 10 minutes.

Serve with greens and vegetables.
