(PRAWN FRITTER)
Ingredients:
15 medium Prawns, removed shell leaving the tail
Ginger juice ( 1 ginger, pounded and retrieve the juice)
Onion juice ( 1 onion, pounded and retrieve the juice)
A dash of Pepper
A dash of Aji no moto
1 teaspoon Salt
Batter ingredients:
Directions:
1. Mix the prawns, ginger juice, onion juice, pepper, aji no moto and salt together.
2. In separated bowl, mix self-raising flour, salt and egg together.
3. Blend in water till sticky form.
4. Add in butter and blend well.
5. Dip prawn into the batter mixture.
6. Heat up oil in frying pan.
7. Deep fry prawns till golden brown.
