Garlicky Broccoli

Cooking Time: 5 minutes Ingredients:
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped finely
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Arrange a trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot and pour in one cup of water.
- Place the broccoli florets on top of trivet in a single layer.
- Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position.
- Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 3-5 minutes.
- Select “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release.
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic, jalapeño, and red pepper flakes for about 1 minute.
- Stir in salt and black pepper and remove from the heat.
- Remove the lid and transfer the broccoli onto a serving platter.
- Drizzle with garlic mixture and serve immediately.

Feta Green Beans

Cooking Time: 5 minutes Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1½ cups water
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions:
- In the pot of the Instant Pot, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position.
- Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes.
- Select “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release.
- Remove the lid and transfer onto a platter.
- Serve warm with the topping of feta and walnuts.
