know your bad habits so that you can make whatever changes you need to make. Successful long term weight loss is more than losing the weight for a few weeks it is understanding that you need to change your lifestyle and commit to those changes 100%.

The reason we need a permanent solution is because we are reprogramming our subconscious, our attitude and ourselves towards our food. Think of it this way, you didn't form these habits over-night so you will not change them overnight. Give yourself enough time to break the old habit and create a new health habit.

You can't fight this feature of your body because our chemistry has had millions of years to develop and understand how to survive.

Prepare meals that will not leave you craving for more when you are done because, as I stated earlier, cravings lead to snacking and over eating. When you make the commitment to change your life make sure you give yourself enough time to make all the changes necessary. If you do this you will reach your long term weight loss goals and be able to maintain your weight with ease.
