By far, the most popular way to consume chamomile is by drinking chamomile tea.

The tea is easily the best-tasting way to add chamomile to your diet.

Chamomile tea is easy to obtain, and high-quality organic flowers are very good value.

They are 100% natural and usually don’t require the use of pesticides to produce.

The light flavour isn’t overpowering and can be enjoyed before and after a meal or on its own.

Chamomile tea can be sweetened by adding a teaspoon of honey to bring out the softer, sweeter notes.

We recommend adding a little lavender honey as the additional flavours complement the chamomile taste.

CHAMOMILE CREAMS

In addition to the traditional tea version you can keep your eyes out for chamomile skin care products.

Chamomile is a popular ingredient in skincare because it is gentle enough to be used on sensitive skin and fights redness.
