Bad Fats

Another major killer and creator of many a disease and illness comes from the bad

 

fats that you are putting into your body. Most of the fast foods that you eat and

 

even the canned foods that you think are healthy are packed full of these harmful

 

fats.

 

Not all fats are bad though, but the ones that are playing havoc with your body are

 

most likely the ones that you are consuming in the highest quantities. Two of the

 

worst of these are:

 

• Trans Fatty Acids

 

• Hydrogenated Fats

 

Trans Fatty Acids or Trans Fats which fingers crossed will soon be banned are a

 

major killer in your diet and contribute to:

 

• Diabetes

 

• Heart Disease

 

• Cancer, plus many more.

 

One of the most important things that you can start doing straight away is to start

 

eliminating these fats form your diet. It’s not going to be easy, as there are huge

 

amounts of foods that are stocked on supermarket shelves that are crammed with

 

them.

 

According to a Harvard School of Public Health study people who consume the

 

highest levels of Trans Fatty Acids, primarily from fast foods and packaged

 

snacks, may have triple the risk of developing coronary heart disease than those

 

consuming the lowest levels of Trans Fats.

 

Hydrogenated Oils, Trans Fatty Acids and all the saturated fats that can be found

 

in most people homes should be swapped for the likes of Flaxseed Oil & Olive Oil.

 

Use a good Virgin Olive Oil and put it all over your salads and food. Not only does

 

it taste great, it also is amazing for the body. These bad Fats are just some of the terrible things that you are putting into your

 

body on a daily basis.
