Super Skin Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cucumber

2 x Pears

1 x Stick of Celery

Handful of Rocket

Handful of Spinach

Handful of Kale

Sprig of Basil

HOW

Run everything through the juicer. Add to your blender with the some ice. Blend until smooth. Drink

WHY

Think of this as a liquid salad, with tons of green leafy veg containing tons of vitamins! The tryptophan in spinach promotes relaxation, & boosts the mood. Basil is an excellent anti-inflammatory, perfect to combat psoriatic arthritis. Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables around. It can be relied upon for some unsurpassed health benefits and is perfect when juiced if for no other reason than its exceptional nutrient richness. Rocket (or arugula as its sometimes known) promotes digestive regularity, keeping your tummy happy and leaving you fuller for longer. All in all, this is one super duper skin healing salad …in a glass!
