HAVING A HEALTHY LIFE IS NOT JUST EATING WELL. It's not just about fitness or exercise. A healthy lifestyle is characterized by balance in every way.

For example, there is no point in focusing only on seduction techniques to go looking for a girl. If we are shy, we must consider other angles of seduction game. We must look for why we consider ourselves shy, how to change this belief, how to gain self-esteem, how to grow our social circle, how to increase our charisma and, why not, the techniques of seduction. But they are only a tiny part of the equation.
