Learning About LTCV Life Time Customer Value

If you are online and running a serious marketing or sales program, the last thing you want is a one-hit-wonder. Let me explain: All programs, even DCC, must have a product that is of value to the buyer. These words have a rather legal connotation to keep worthless widgets from being a program‘s only offer. So when a prospect becomes your client, it means they have purchased your company‘s product and signed up to do the same.

This is very important because you have sold, let‘s say a cruise, to this client. Or maybe you have sold a dating service. It could even be a second-hand lawn mower. But a client is a client, and all people earning a commission ought to be keeping a list of names and addresses of the people who have made a purchase.
