In Conclusion

There will be many more issues that you will face as a parent that this ebook does not even attempt to cover. But I believe that, if you follow the principles presented here, that you will have given your children a winning chance for a happy and successful life. You want them to grow up being happy, friendly, self confident and you want them to enjoy their lives.

Being the father of my two children has been by far the best experience of my life. I believe that the rewards you get back far outweigh the cost of the time and effort you put in. I enjoy keeping in touch with them on a regular basis and seeing what they are doing, mainly through Facebook these days, as I live overseas now. Recently I saw one of their friends had posted a comment about them saying "You two are amazing". I get some personal satisfaction from that knowing that I have played a small part in their development.

I hope that this book might also help other parents in bringing up their children, and I wish you good luck with the challenge. Anyone can be a parent, but being a good parent requires a lot of effort and a fair bit of your time. It wasn't without some cost for me. My marriage lasted throughout the years that our children were growing up, but not far beyond. The root cause goes back to the time shortly after our first child was born. My wife never tried to understand what I was trying to do, so she chose not to be involved. That made the task harder for me.

If all of this seems too hard for you, then I suggest you just stick to the few key principles:

img5.png as much as possible, let your kids have fun,

img5.png teach them to be good to other people, the world they live in, and also to themselves,

img5.png just BE happy, especially with who you are.

That's it - Have Fun, Be Good, BE Happy.

When your children get into their early teens I highly recommend that you encourage them to take an interest in some of the world's leading personal motivators and coaches, such as the people listed at the end of the book.  here.

Encourage them to spend some time working on improving the biggest asset they will ever have in their lives - themselves.

I wish you all good luck.
