I can't express how valuable it has been to record snip- pets of our board meetings and mash them together to make a video later. Especially when you start them young. There were times when we did our first few board meetings with my daughter and I would ask her at the end of the day her favorite part, but she would remember very little of the experience. She would love watching the video recaps.

Honestly, when I think about when I pass away, these videos are going to be one of the things I'm most proud of (and glad I captured).

YANIK SILVER’S STORY

Daddy & Daughter Day snow tubing was super successful. (High five for the suggestion from my wife, Missy!)

Spending 1-1 time is such a "simple" concept in theory but the nuances make the difference. Zoe has brought her phone with her in the car and I told her the rule was no electronics. After a tiny pout, she said, "Okay fine let's talk. Tell me about some of the adventures you've done." And we had a fun conversation telling her about some of the silly things I've done like break 200mph in a green speedo and skydive in a full-on chicken suit.

Zoe was a tiny bit nervous at the top but she knew she'd be proud of herself for going alone the first time.
