CHAPTER TEN

PROVING ONESELF

Re:3:18: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Ten is the number for proving oneself.

Re:2:10: Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Da:1:12: Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.

Da:1:14: So he consented to them in this matter, and proved them ten days.

Da:1:15: And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat.

To prove oneself is to explore all the imagery of the Bible in order to find the truth at the core of the religion. Of course now we know this truth and this proving can come as a sudden illumination or revelation that we are orphans of god. Saul (Paul) saw such a light on his conversion to Christianity.

Ac:9:3: And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

Ac:9:4: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

Ac:9:5: And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

Ac:9:6: And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

This illumination or the getting of insight into the holiest of holies is known as receiving the Holy Ghost.

1Jo:5:7: For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

The Father (God) who is and yet is not; the Word which are the Holy Scriptures and the Holy Ghost which is our view of atheism, constitute the three that bear record in heaven.

The veil of the temple and the covering of heaven are one and the same thing however. The word ‘heaven’ means ‘rolling cloud of mystery’. To Jesus, heaven represented human-kind or to be more precise humane-kind. To be human is one thing but we must always strive to be humane as well.

Heaven was created with the creation of Eve (Foundation of life) and this is the reason it is referred to as the creature in the creation story.

Ro:1:25: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen

The above verse says that the religious people of Jesus’ day had changed the truth of God into a lie. In other words they worshipped god as an idol and committed idolatry simply by saying “Lord, Lord”.

M't:7:21: Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

M't:7:22: Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

M't:7:23: And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

God was the creature of the creation story when Eve was created so too was religion and the Word. The creator of the Eve story was Adam because Eve was taken out of man.

Ex:20:20: And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

To be proved is to be tried as gold is tried in the fire. Fire also has a spiritual significance. It represents ‘argument’ as we see in the following verses.

Jas:3:5: Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!

Jas:3:6: And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

1Pe:1:7: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Job:41:19: Out of his mouth go burning lamps, and sparks of fire leap out.

Ac:2:3: And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

Ac:2:4: And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Fire is seen as argument over the word of god. Jesus said that he came in order to set this fire going;

Lu:12:49: I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?

This argument over the word of god has been going on since the beginning of time and it is mentioned as one of the final signs of the revealing apocalypse.

Re:4:5: And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Re:9:17: And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

Re:9:18: By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

Re:11:5: And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

Out of their mouths issued fire (argument) and smoke and brimstone. It is interesting to note that fire is argument; smoke represents the prayers of the saints and brimstone the destroyer of misconception.

Re:8:4: And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

This argument is discussion of what is the truth about the mystery of god.

Re:10:7: But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

The mystery of god which Jesus gave us with the first of the parables is the last thing in the New Testament to be revealed. When all is revealed then this mystery is finished as it was declared to the prophets.

Eph:6:19: And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

Ro:16:25: Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,

Ro:16:26: But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

1Co:2:7: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

Eph:3:2: If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

Eph:3:3: How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,

Eph:3:4: Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

Eph:3:5: Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

Of course all these references to the ‘mystery’ which is either of God or of Christ are a reference to the Holy Ghost which reflects the absence of god and heaven. If we know our nakedness then we are privy to this hidden knowledge. We are all orphans of god and Fatherless atheists.

By having this mindset it becomes possible to live a purer form of life.

1Tm:3:9: Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.

Ti:1:15: Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

Sin becomes irrelevant with such a mindset because it is destroyed when the realisation that there is no god, hits us.

Re:2:13: I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

This realisation also gives us insight into where Satan’s seat is. Of course it is with the religion itself, and it is also dismissed as soon as the revelation of the mystery of god is understood.

Re:12:9: And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

It is also possible to imagine how that Satan is cast out of heaven when heaven itself is surrendered to the knowledge of the truth. If there is no god then there is no heaven as there is no sin and no Satan. All these imaginings are revealed to be exactly as they are; now seen to be nothing more than inventions of the religion.

Joh:8:32: And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

So through all of this imagery and metaphor we develop a new concept of what constitutes God and Heaven Satan and Sin. Its repercussions are enormous for example Jesus is expected to return in the clouds of heaven.

M't:24:30: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

M't:26:64: Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

M'r:14:62: And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

If we accept that heaven doesn’t necessarily exist then to see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven must have a particular meaning. The clouds are the covering of heaven and we know that this covering is made up of the stories and parables of the New Testament. Jesus will be seen in the New Testament is what it is saying. Of course we know this already but this time it infers that a new concept of Jesus will be witnessed. And so it is. Jesus is now seen as a very brave and courageous person who loved the truth and taught it to as many as would listen.
