5. Time and Energy

 

You need to seriously consider how you use your time. How much time are you willing to dedicate to work and your particular set of responsibilities?   How much time should you spend for yourself, and your search for the love of your life?

As you consider how you should schedule your use of time, remember that it’s not just about the amount of time you have (minutes, hours, days, months, years, etc.). Time is perceived and used in a relative way, and it all depends on an individual’s natural energy, powers of concentration, or youth. So consider your own physical and mental powers as well. Be realistic and kind to yourself.   Do you need more time to do certain tasks because you think slowly? Would you like to spend more time on a certain aspect of your life?
