An Intimate Moment

 

I felt a breeze on my face, not warm but not cold either. It felt fresh and invigorating to breathe in. The smell of sea also enriched the air, as well as grass. It was pretty windy, I noticed as my senses grew stronger. It would have been a perfect day for flying kites.

It was quiet apart from the sound of birds chirping and waves smashing against rocks further away. I opened my eyes and saw large hills and mountains all around and further off in the distance. It looked like the highlands or New Zealand but I couldn’t quite place it. It was sunny with a few white cotton-like clouds that hung low.
