lots of branches that seemed easy to climb. It led up to the top of the mountain, although I couldn’t see the mountain top because of a cloud bank blocking my view.

The view I got from where I was standing was of the sea sparkling in the sunlight and the boats sailing towards the sun. It was beautiful.

“Alex.” I heard a soft lower voice say.

I smiled, knowing who I’d see when I turned around. “Peter.”

He was wearing the same clothes he had been wearing when I had met him on the field in my other dream. Jeans shorts and a light blue T-shirt.

At first we just looked at each other, then we both took steps closer and stopped when we were mere inches apart. He held up his hand and stroked my cheek. The touch of him made my body tingle all over and it gave me butterflies.

“You found me,” he said. “Yes, I found you.”

“Do you know where we are?” he asked.

“Don’t know, but it’s beautiful here,” I said as I gazed out over the sea.

“I know, I don’t remember how I got here though,” he said with a puzzled look. “It’s like I just appeared here, didn’t we just fly to the moon? That sounds crazy, but we did, didn’t we?”

He was rubbing his hand on his neck and waiting for my response as if hoping I would convince him he wasn’t crazy. I smiled at him.

“Yes, we did, it’s crazy but it’s true. I have a feeling we can do whatever we like here.”

He looked relieved.

I looked over at the tall tree with its many twining
