he residence of the mayor was at the time the most protected building in the whole of Vellomn metropolis: it had state of the art security system that even Emilia Lawkens could hardly break through. Such state-of-the-art security system, that the mayor hired hackers to repel other hackers. From the surface, the residence of the mayor looked like any other mansion owned by someone of his social statues, but beneath the residence was a vast underground used as the metropolis headquarters of Jixor-cult. Beneath the mayor’s residence was the secret location for the secret cult’s initiations, meeting and other secret purposes. It was called the Vellomn Metropolis Secret Service, but it was fully under the control of Jixor. Many worked for Jixor without even knowing it.

Who would suspect that the infamous cult group was actively infiltrating the whole government of planet Zextron and was working through the it’s influential Chancellor to infiltrating the Galactically Union of Liberated Leagues, the G.U.L.L.? If this happened, they would have a whole Galaxy under their belt.

The mayor has once boasted of his humble mansion compared to other politicians in Vellomn metropolis, but had failed to tell them he had an estate below his house. The office of the mayor had insisted that 24 acres from every axis of the mayor’s residences must not be sold out to private citizens or firms. He argued that they were trying preserve wind life around that area. The various green groups and naturalist applauded his great consideration for nature, ignorant of the fact that it was the metropolitan headquarters of the Jixor cult. Such perfect camouflage, Mayor Sandel, a perfect Velmins puppet in the hands of the oppressor. The minority of Velmins in the metropolis had rejoiced at the news that a Velmin candidate won the elections in a metropolis dominated by mutants, and great mutant dynasties. Finally, it was as if their cry for equality had finally be head and democracy was at its peak. Electing a Velmin mayor was the check card of the Jixor-Cult to deceive the whole planet of Zextron. The chancellor had addressed the whole nation through a life broadcast thanking the great citizens of Zextron in Vellomn Metropolis and the prevalence of democracy against every racial or tribal divide. She ended the broadcast by preaching love and unity amongst all of races, beings and tribes. It was the day that the world of Zextron assumed history was made, but it was the day the greatest heist against the citizens of Zextron was pulled: it was the day their oppressor won their trust and their heart. This made Vellomn metropolis the most popular of the two metropolitan capitals. The other metropolis had no mayor, for it was the seat of the government: The chancellor over looked the affairs of the planet from there.
