Chapter 4

Normal people & Seekers

There are two type of people who live on earth, any time.

(1) Normal People:

• First type, the vast majority.
• They are controlled by Maya.
• They live within the limits of Sensory Perception. (They believe that there is nothing in the universe that can know with their five sensory organs - eyes - ears – nose - tongue - touch)
• Possessions and positions give them a sense of safety and security.
• Bulk of them live by faith. This faith includes, faith in god.

(2) Seekers

• Very small number of people.
• They suspect / believe / realize that what we perceive with our sensory organs are limited. The world is larger and more interesting that the “sense limited world”.
• They are not interested in the life of material chasing possessions and positions.
• They defy the control of Maya.
• They seek to cross the sense barrier to explore the universe, Gods, deities through astral travel.
• They read spiritual texts like Veda, Upanishads (which describe such issues like such as, how the universe is created, the age of our creator, the Brahma) that common man is not interested in.
• The seekers, along their life journey called Spiritual journey, acquire knowledge and abilities which anyone would love to possess.
