I was watching the final of the UEFA champions’ league 2014 between city rivals Real Madrid and Athletico Madrid and I recall the phenomenal Cristiano Ronaldo pose of the incredible hulk. Oh! What a soccer giant we assume Ronaldo had become. He was far ahead his closest rival Messi scoring the most goals in a season in the champions league. What I admired though was his gargantuan stance indicated by the incredible hulk. He had given himself the acclaim as the king of champions’ league football. That’s what the phenomenal life makes you become, a Gargantuan.

Evading through the difficult webbings of struggling with the crowd and creating your unique identity, your next quest is towards being the acclaimed at being you. You have successfully made the trek alone and then perhaps some person saw fate in you and desired to join you but all the way it has seemed a silent unknown journey. Well the quality of the journey is when you get to its end and the crowd discovers that you were right to have decided to be you. They see you on the stage amongst others too who have taken time out to take the trek. It’s at first unbelievable but they must accept it.

Now here, amongst those who have made the stage, there still is the cadre. There are those who are renowned and those who are just starting up. I’ve been to a concert the African music icon Akon was billed to attend. Akon was the key man at the event but there were a chain of other talented and renowned artist who would wet the floor in anticipation of Akon’s arrival. The artists, each did their best to pull the crowd with their individual capabilities each one different and original and the crowd so engrossed with them that one would assume that Akon would be a shadow. But no, Akon was the giant, others were tall enough to be seen by the crowd. Akon proved beyond all doubt why he was known as the king of RnB. His performance was indeed gargantuan rubbishing all the previous acts added together.

A handful of persons make their way to the stage but only one person is crowned king. Let’s take a musical stage for example. You’d find dancers, drummers, disk jockeys, singers and the lead singer. The attraction is towards the lead singer. This does not mean that the others won’t get a share of the crowd view but at least 95% attention is grasped by the man who decides to jump out of the wagon first while the rest 5 goes to those who jumped behind him in faith.

The phenomenal man never shares his glory. He grabs the bulk of the attention shadowing all other persons that manage to make it to the stage. My example of C Ronaldo in the final speaks enormous volume of this principle. Ronaldo only managed to score a penalty for all his efforts in the match but he attracted all the attention ahead of teammate Sergio Ramos who had scored the equalizing goal and given Real Madrid the chance for a comeback. The reason is because Ronaldo is the phenomenon around which the team strings.

The gargantuan stands head high beyond the reach of any close rival. His absence is certainly felt. You often will not have to wait so long to know he is not around. This is because every other person finds essence being around him and they will return to their ordinary capabilities if he is not around. He is the inspiration that propels others to rise to his own capability. The brazillian team was a shadow of themselves at the 2014 world cup they hosted. The reason being that the sole gargantuan motivation Neymar Jr. had an injury in the quarterfinals against Uruguay which they had won. The absence of Neymar proved a big loss in the next match as they were walloped by hard fighting Germany 7-1, the largest defeat in that world cup.

The qualities of a gargantuan include but are not limited to:

• Creating giant strides. His steps have to be long enough to be looked upon as example. He thus has to work often extra hard to place the gap ahead of others
• Taking the lead actor role. The gargantuan is ready to be seen everywhere doing something. He does not fold his hands watching. He strives to be everywhere almost every time for the group in which he walks with
• Raising the capabilities of others. Because the gargantuan is always seen, those around him are often noticed too. Those around him are also considered to be exceptionally talented too even if they may not be as the gargantuan.
• Getting people to work. The gargantuan acknowledges the power in others. He may be so acclaimed and renowned but he knows he needs others to pull the strings for him so he makes space for others to do their part. He creates opportunities for others too.
• Arousing attention. The gargantuan courts attention however little the opportunity. He often plays to the gallery to ensure people come to his direction.
• Needing attention.As much as the phenomenon arouses and attractions the attention of others, medical care, food, etc because he plays a significant role.
• Underlining responsibility. The gargantuan is responsibility defined. He bears the burden of others and the team (if he is a member of a team) and ensures others alongside himself are well given care.
• Activating inspiration. The gargantuan is inspiration defined. He has this well of inspiration from which he draws and offers to others too so that when he is around there is enormous inspiration to carry every one along.
• Negating competition. The gargantuan doesn’t like competition. He loves being on top alone. He may enjoy the fun of others competing for lower positions but not for his. His position he believes is solely his.

Being a gargantuan is one special attribute Phenomenons need. You can’t be a phenomenon if you do not stand head high psychologically, educationally, financially and otherwise. How do you become a gargantuan? Here’s where the problem lies. But it’s all way too easy if you follow the next few steps outlined here

Steps to becoming a gargantuan.

1. Recognize who, what, how, and where you are isn’t who, what, how, and where you should be.
2. Discover the difference you want to have and make.
3. Identify your unique attributes, the things that you know deep inside you, you haven’t seen anybody yet with.
4. Develop the identified unique attributes. Gargantuans develop their unique capabilities.
5. Get people to see your unique attributes. People are the ones who measure your capability. You become huge as your capabilities become acclaim.
6. Lend a hand to those in need of help.
7. Support the development of others to see their own capabilities and reach towards attaining them.
8. Be courageous and take responsibility.
9. Increase learning by acquiring more knowledge and staying ahead.
10. Write down your experiences into book formats for others to learn from.
11. Share through videos and audios your experiences and challenges at reaching your feat. The more you share knowledge, the more you become renown.

The phenomenon’s gargantuan attribute places him head above others. He is never limited by any circumstance because he often knows how to climb ahead of the situation. His huge posture proves supportive of him. He stampedes over his challenges.

That astonishing you has to develop the gargantuan pose. You must be the gargantuan.
