EMPOWER others.
Empower others. That’s the phenomenon’s thought. The position of a phenomenon is a high position, one which expects from him a responsibility to build others up as well as create opportunities for others. Others often have to come around the phenomenon to give strength to the quality embedded in him. He knows that his quality only reveals itself in the number of person he can help find purpose and fulfillment.
The phenomenon is especially gifted with talents and almost extraordinary gifts that others are desirous of having or would like to have. He finds himself encumbered with the responsibility to push these talents and gifts to others who will find it useful. It would be useless however, having all the super attributes and not being able to impart. It would be a gross waste of capacity.
The quality of a true leader and phenomenon is the number of himself he can recreate in others. He has to uplift people from their ground state into being super talented beings as he is. This empowerment may take varying forms but the end point is to uplift even the worst persons to find value in themselves.

Each step he takes, is an admonishment of his uncommon role to make change and cause impact across each levels of society. His greatest desire is to break the divide between those who have and those who don’t. This phenomenal attribute of his, helps him transcend into a godlike fellow impacting into lives and raising champions on their path.
Your desire to be a phenomenal person has a place in your ability to empower people who may not have as much similar capacity as you do. Some could be beggarly, hopeless, and in need of help. They are everywhere craving for your support. The capacity to reach out a helping hand however class the persons you are helping galvanizes you, helping you form a circle of semi-dependent people who look up to you as mentor and inspiration.
The process of empowering others isn’t always a natural attribute. There seems always a debacle standing against our natural tendency to offer help. It take the development of self against these odds to overcome them.
