EMPOWER others.

Empower others. That’s the phenomenon’s thought. The position of a phenomenon is a high position, one which expects from him a responsibility to build others up as well as create opportunities for others. Others often have to come around the phenomenon to give strength to the quality embedded in him. He knows that his quality only reveals itself in the number of person he can help find purpose and fulfillment.

The phenomenon is especially gifted with talents and almost extraordinary gifts that others are desirous of having or would like to have. He finds himself encumbered with the responsibility to push these talents and gifts to others who will find it useful. It would be useless however, having all the super attributes and not being able to impart. It would be a gross waste of capacity.

The quality of a true leader and phenomenon is the number of himself he can recreate in others. He has to uplift people from their ground state into being super talented beings as he is. This empowerment may take varying forms but the end point is to uplift even the worst persons to find value in themselves.

What does it mean to empower others? It means to

• Enliven others. The phenomenon has a responsibility to make others cheerful, lively and revived in situations of down casting and depression.
• Motivate others. The phenomenon provides the incentive to carry out a task. They act as propellants to steer those under them towards reaching their peak performance.
• Propel others. The phenomenon creates a path and causes others to move towards that direction.
• Orient others. The phenomenon sets the focus of others and ensures it appeals to them.
• Warn others. The phenomenon has a responsibility to warn others of impending danger when a wrong step is taken.
• Encourage others. The phenomenon has the responsibility to foster, give help and patronage, spurring towards the achievement of a task however challenging it seems.
• Reach out to others. The phenomenon attracts others to himself and pushes himself to others. He ensures his hand is always open to offer help however little or much it may seem.

The phenomenon’s role at causing change in society is largely because of his phenomenal duty and role of empowering and empowerment. Each step he takes, is an admonishment of his uncommon role to make change and cause impact across each levels of society. His greatest desire is to break the divide between those who have and those who don’t. This phenomenal attribute of his, helps him transcend into a godlike fellow impacting into lives and raising champions on their path.

Your desire to be a phenomenal person has a place in your ability to empower people who may not have as much similar capacity as you do. Some could be beggarly, hopeless, and in need of help. They are everywhere craving for your support. The capacity to reach out a helping hand however class the persons you are helping galvanizes you, helping you form a circle of semi-dependent people who look up to you as mentor and inspiration.

The process of empowering others isn’t always a natural attribute. There seems always a debacle standing against our natural tendency to offer help. It take the development of self against these odds to overcome them.

Developing an empowering attribute requires that you live

• An Exemplary Life Style. You can’t empower when people don’t see what they want in you. It is what you have that you share with others. When they see you act out what they can’t find in their lives, the natural tendency is to follow your mentoring steps. They may just find their way round you for help.
• A Mustering Life. The empowering attribute summons together, gathering people around. The phenomenon doesn’t stand afar from others. If he must empower, he must get people around himself.
• A Pleasing Life. The phenomenon tries to live a life that pleases people making him desirable to them. People often run to people that run to them. It seems a natural course of action that if the phenomenon would desire to empower people he must be ready to please them.
• An Orderly Life. The empowering life is also an orderly life following a laid down set of natural rules which when strictly adhered to uplifts the man who lives according to the laid down precepts.
• A Wow Filled Life. This kind of life is excitement filled with amazements and awe and results that are incredibly surprising and unbelievable.
• An Elevating Lifestyle. An empowering attribute is one that comes as a result of one’s capacity to elevate and uplift others, helping them find value in their lives.
• A Far Reaching Lifestyle. The man who empowers influences lives beyond the natural borders of his immediate environment. He impacts tremendously and transforms far beyond his immediate influence.

The phenomenon’s empowering attribute is his strength value that creates even more opportunities to make influence. That phenomenon you want to be means you must empower.
